Greg started in commercial real estate at the bottom. Picking up trash, landscaping, shoveling snow, and installing signs were all part of a typical day. It wasn’t easy or fun but it instilled in him the importance of maintaining and caring for the properties in the family’s portfolio.

Over the last 20 years, Greg has handled the acquisition and disposition of numerous investment properties and negotiated hundreds of leases.

Today he spends most of his time managing Tenant relationships and keeping the properties leased. He is always on the lookout for the next investment or fishing opportunity.
