Ron Randel has been a commercial real estate broker and developer for over 40 years. He is currently licensed in Colorado and recently decided to let his New Mexico license go. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in 1978 to better serve his investor clients.
Ron has an extensive network of contacts that he has cultivated by serving on numerous New Mexico and Colorado boards in a variety of positions.
He continually strives to offer a superior level of professional and ethical service to all of his brokerage clients. Ron is continually searching for new and innovative ways to market his client’s properties and successfully prepares contracts that nearly always make it to closing on commercial real estate properties.
